Returns are accepted from our website however you must contact New Neu Glamour within 24 hours of delivery via phone or email as to why you would like to return the item. Items must be shipped back to us via mail within 7 days. Original packaging must be returned with items (that’s if designer packaging was provided to you) and tags still attached on items returned.
